MJPEG video editing

Many new devices these days are including MJPEG, which is a method of creating video from a set of JPEGs. I currently have a Cannon SD450 which records in this format. The bigest problem with using MJPEG is that windows doesn't provide a codec for coding and decoding MJPEG files. You've got to install one yourself.
