    Vista run as admin

Vista runs you non-admin by default. Which is nice. But you can't run Vista and be in non-admin mode. For some reasons I have yet to find out....seems silly.
The best tools out there I've found come from the following powertoy. Installing it will give you all sorts of neat tools. The best being elevate, which lets you run your scripts as admin. Useful.
