Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients
1 package of hash browns
1 stick of butter
1 can of cream of chicken
8oz of sour cream
2 cups of sharp shredded cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix together and cook in crock pot HI heat for two hours and then LOW for at least another 2 hours. Cooking longer results in softer potatoes.
