TI 89 Tips and tricks

The TI89 is one of the best calculators on the market today because of its ability to operate in symbolic terms. I have owned and used the HP48G and it was a good calculator. However, I'm throughly impressed with the capabilities of the TI89.

First I love the fact that you can store whole functions into variable functions.
Simply type in your expression and store (->) it into a variable name. The variable is in the form name(param,param,param) where param is the variable that takes on the passed value.
